The monthly subscription is the cost of the class fee and is annualised then divided equally over 11 months. Ladybird school of gymnastics runs for 34 weeks of the year from September to August.

Your monthly payment plan covers you for all of these classes, half terms, Bank Holidays, Christmas breaks and summer holidays are NOT included in this cost. Class fee payments need to be paid every month.

These payments are divided into 11 equal monthly payments to make it more affordable. If you join at the beginning of the gymnastics year or the middle of the gymnastics year your monthly cost remains the same. If there are 1 or 5 weeks in the month the monthly costs remain the same.

This must be paid to keep your place within the sessions.

Your right to cancel

If you wish to cancel your booking before the first monthly class fee payment, you are required to pay for the classes after your trial session of the month joined.

You are free to cancel the monthly subscription at any point, please email us of your wish to do so before the 20th of the month and no further payments will be due.
Your booking is ongoing until cancelled or your class fee is not received.

Note: Membership fee is non-refundable after the date of your first session.
